Pharmacies records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations

Force Majeure

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded.

  • Our clients are allowed to return the medicines and medical preparations during the same month in which the medicines were taken to be returned, except for irrevocable sale.
  • Only big pharmacies are allowed to return medicines and medical preparations for a period of 6 months After the first order, then the provisions related to the rest of the pharmacies apply to it.
  • Returns of all exclusives distribution and Palmer's items are allowed.
    Provided that the return is 6 months before the expiry date or according to the agreement.
  • Not to return any piece after withdrawing it for a month unless after calling and obtaining approval from a responsible person
    Returns and the responsible for the expired medicines until it becomes clear with the warehouse that the possibility of
    Assisting the pharmacy with the returns that have been sold, by referring to the policy of companies and warehouses
    supplied.
  • Medicines and medical preparations sold may be returned under the responsibility of the warehouse, provided that they are handwritten or printed on the invoice "on the responsibility of the warehouse".
